The first day of fashion week is always the most exciting and I clearly dressed for my mood. A beautiful splash of color and print, the look really made me stand out, even at FASHION WEEK!!
These matching separates from Sue Mue‘s latest pret collection, Ariella, that I chose to pair together as a co-ord set almost had people thinking I was wearing a jumpsuit. As great as they looked together, I can come up with plenty of ways to style them separately as well and that I guess, is the beauty of investing in matching prints. Sue Mue, with their recent collection, launched a gorgeous bunch of similar prints, all inspired by the magnificence and glory of one of the grandest monuments in Spain, known as the Alhambra. Old-world charm, with a dash of spanish flair, Ariella evokes the flavors of architectural heritage while remaining contemporary in its design.

Confident, vibrant and full of character, the Ariella prêt collection is for the woman who knows her mind, who is unafraid to explore new worlds, and who defies boundaries.
Her adventures begin in her own heart.

The silhouettes are exquisitely Indian at heart and yet have an international spirit – perfect for the wandering soul. These cowl pants for instance have a downright boho vibe, but imagine pairing it with a crisp white shirt and you have yourself a great, indie-chic look.
Vaitaanika came on board as my jewelry partner for the day and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I couldn’t imagine any other brand doing justice to my already striking look. And if you haven’t seen the new collection by them in person, you my friend, are really truly missing out. It’s stunning to say the least, but also, versatile, unique as ever, bolder than before, and yet, manages to have that delicate appeal that you’d expect to see. Big bold hoops with a rich surface texture in silver and rose gold, and a couple of striking rings were all I needed for this the look.
As for the bag, it was a khaki Longchamp Penelope bucket bag in pebbled leather and suede. A very subtle and practical choice, if may say so myself. My dual tone nude block heels from Charles and Keith and classic silver rimmed aviators from Enrico Eyewear completed the look.

Thoughts? Put them down in the comments section below 🙂
